A Natural Hair Salon The ambience is cozy, intimate and peaceful, designed specifically for one. To not take advantage of the Get Twysted experience would be unfortunate. Every visit allows your scalp, mind, body and spirit to reach the highest point of euphoria. Whether you are starting locs or already locked you will get the information needed on products/regimens to get the results in which you seek.
We realize when a potential customer calls that he or she is looking for the cheapest price around. They are assuming that they will get the highest quality of service at minimum cost. It is soon discovered that you get what you pay for.
A CONSULTATION is necessary. We will discuss products and styling options. This is your opportunity to ask questions and make it clear as to your expectations from your stylist. Consultations are FREE and last up to 15 min. Should you miss your free consult for any reason you will be required to pay a $25 rescheduling fee.
Consultations are given on weekdays during normal business hours.
Do not invite guest to your scheduled appointment. Our facility can only accommodate 1 scheduled guest at a time. We have a small overflow space in our waiting area in which we share with other independent stylist and their guest. Chaperons that must stay for any reason must wait in the waiting area for the duration of service.
We do not service children.
Prior to your arrival please prepare your locs and remove previous style.
We are grateful for all of its guests old and new. However, we would like to emphasize the importance of finding a healthy balance of conversation. Stylist and guest must refrain from conversations of a personal nature.
We allow 10 minutes for lateness. Appointment may need to be rescheduled and full payment is required for service lost due to lateness no exceptions.
Please take our other clients needs into consideration as your lateness will affect them.
A charge FULL payment is required for service lost by NO CALL/NO SHOW. No exceptions.
Cancellations must be made 24/48 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will be charged FULL price no exceptions. In inclement weather a 2 hour delay is permitted your stylist will contact you. Should you not be able to make it in there will be no charge.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
We do not offer reimbursements or do-overs once you have paid for service.
I did the big chop & got stuck. Contacting Get Twysted was the best decision I ever made for my hair. Now I'm rocking coils & seriously thinking about locking.
